In this traditional village living video we are cooking satvik thali bhojan which is most common menu in Indian village life. There is handi tadka daal, home grown chana saag(Chick Pea shoots)recipe with potato called saag bhaji, various pickles and kujja Dahi.
This is most common and popular thali usually is prepared in village house holds that balance heat in body in hot climate. The word satvik means pure,that food which calms down the body and soul.
In this video with this satvik thali we are also making something sweet for after meal thing like dessert made with banana, date palm jaggery and peanuts
Which is a desi desi thing like chocolate bar after meal.
