Hello People,

Happy to share that we got jabbed!! We got our first dose of Covishield vaccine. We were continuously trying on Cowin app to book our slots but couldn't get through. Fortunately, one of my friends in Mumbai who's also my client as well, texted me couple of weeks back, that she can help us to get it at a private drive.
I shared all the details with her and in a weeks time we got our slots. The vaccination drive was arranged in a society in Chembur and first preference was given to the residents of the society and there were some spot registrations available too, which we opted for. The best part about the drive was it was completely managed by senior citizens volunteers and was very well planned and executed. The staff was patient, and shared clear & proper instructions to all the people present there. As we did spot bookings, we had to pay for our vaccination.

I urge each and everyone to get vaccinated as soon as you get the chance. Keep an eye on the drives, registrations on app, whatever options are available. All those, who can, should go for paid drives as well.
In these testing times, getting one step ahead and staying safe is most important, I know vaccine is not the ultimate solution but it can definitely protect you and help strengthen you in fight against Covid. You may still get infected, but your body will have the necessary antibodies to fight back and reduce your need for hospitalization by far.
