eggs
onions-2
green chillies -4
coriander
curd
pepper powder
ginger and garlic
తయారీ విధానం
first add the finely chopped onions into oil and fry them and then add same to the same oil and fry them meanwhile take a mixing jar add coriander, ginger and garlic and 4-5 green chillies and add some curd and grind them into a fine paste
then add this paste to the fried onions and saute them for a while then add the coriander and powder and salt according to your taste and mix them well then add the previously fried eggs to it and add some water and let it cook for few minutes after that open the lid and then add the pepper powder to it
that's it our yummy 😋 and tasty hariyali egg curry is ready to serve
it goes well with hot rice and tortillas or rotis
