We are Char and Marv

We are gardeners from Toronto on a mission to inspire others to grow their own food—no matter experience or space available. We completely fell in love with growing a garden not only because we get fresh, homegrown food but we also cultivate a deeper connection to where our food comes. That same joy is then shared with our family, friends and community.

Our gardening journey has allowed us to grow on windowsills, a balcony garden, community gardens, to a thriving backyard garden jungle. When our summer season ends, gardening never stops for us. We found a way to keep on growing indoors, using a garage grow tent, hydroponics, laundry room and even a basement grow room. We just love to experiment and to try new things.
