🧩 What This Track Does

This session supports long study or work sessions by helping you maintain deep concentration while staying calm and mentally clear. The isochronic tones act as rhythmic pulses beneath the music, encouraging your brainwaves to synchronise with their frequency; a process known as brainwave entrainment.

ℹ️ To find out more about brainwave entrainment and how isochronic tones work, check out my article here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic…

The Brainwave Entrainment Frequencies Used in the Session

● The isochronic beats range between 10 and 20 Hz.
● 10 Hz (Alpha range): relaxed yet alert mental state
● 20 Hz (Beta range): active focus and clear thinking

Together, these frequencies create a state of relaxed focus, enhancing concentration, creativity, and problem-solving while easing tension and mental fatigue.

🎧 Headphones Required for the Full Effect

The isochronic tones on this track have different beat speeds in each ear. So, to get the full effect, you will need to use headphones/earbuds.

Right brain: 10–14 Hz

Left brain: 10–20 Hz (more dominant)

Because the left hemisphere is linked to logic, language, and reasoning, this stimulation pattern helps strengthen focus and analytical thinking.

💡 ADHD Support

People with ADHD often exhibit slower theta brainwave activity in the frontal lobe. This session helps elevate the overall dominant brainwave frequency while enhancing left-brain activity, which is linked to logic and reasoning, thereby improving mental clarity and attention span.

🕒 When & How to Listen

Best time: Daytime or early evening

Avoid: Just before bed (can disrupt sleep due to its stimulating effect)

How to use: Listen while studying, reading, or working or use it as a mental training exercise with your eyes closed.

🔊 Volume Tips

Play at a comfortable medium volume, just loud enough to hear the rhythmic tones clearly, but never uncomfortably loud.
