A cleanser does not have to be drying to effectively cleanse the face neither does it have to be expensive. This was an example of an expensive cleanser which did not perform as expected.

This cleanser by Foxtale is a good one. It works even for dry skin.
Though I love Cosrx products, this one was a disappointment.
