Why is everyone switching to DaVinci resolve?

I asked the same question myself and thought **what the heck**, its free for the lite version…I downloaded it….and boy was I blown away…..

The sense of control I felt as I dove into the software…separate pages for separate tasks like editing, audio and even effects.. I could even edit keyframes?!

It felt like I was in a new world…

now I didn't just switch to DaVinci resolve because I switched to PC.. although that would make sense because I can't use FCPX on PC…but…DaVinci resolve was actually the final nail in the coffin in switching to PC in the first place.

And final cut pro is great don't get me wrong, I have used it for like 8 or so years now as my main editing software but…DaVinci is just better in my opinion
