A few members in The Wellness Solution FB Community have expressed concerns regarding having a busy schedule and incorporating exercise. Here are a few tips.
One of the important things to note is that no one has to work out for a full 30 minutes at one time or a full hour at one time. But you can workout through increments throughout your day. Here are a few tips to get some easy exercise and you don't have to interrupt your day. Unless you really want to.
1. Brushing your teeth.
2. Waiting in line for Coffee?
3. Between commercials
4. After each meal
5. Family Walks
6. Household work
