Bonjour friends,

In this video I share with you the first days of February and my winter in the French countryside. I made tangerine peel powder and breton crêpes for the Chandeleur using my grandmother recipe.

Crêpes recipe :

4 eggs
150g sugar
1 tsp tangerine peel powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
500g flour
500 ml water
500 ml Milk

Mix together the eggs and sugar, then add the tangerine powder, the vanilla and cinnamon. Add gradually the flour, the milk and the water.

Let the batter rest for at least 1 hour to 2 hours ( you can even let the batter rest overnight)

Cook the crepes on a medium to hight heat.
