Super easy Chicharrón Prensado en salsa recipe for a quick dinner 🍽
Roast
3 Roma Tomatoes 🍅
2 tomatillos
4 Serranos
2 garlic gloves
Add to blender with cilantro, bouillon pollo and salt.
Pour salsa into Chicharrón Prensado let it simmer for a couple minutes.
Serve with a side frijoles and rice. Don't forget the queso.
