A physical therapist’s review of Vibration Plate. This model is the Hovert 3D Vibration Plate. It goes to 15 Hz, but I think this piece is really a dynamic vibration plate. I would call this the sports med rehab vibration plate. It has massive lateral motion and my glutes were firing hard on this. I felt less in my quads and more in glutes. It definitely gets things moving. If you are worried about being dizzy, this is not the plate for you. I would recommend the Waver or Mini Waver if you are worried about dizziness.
