For the next big project on our homestead, we will be transforming the old goat corral on the end of our shepherd’s house into a workshop to help us in our creative endeavours. We bought the property from a lovely old lady whose family had lived here and worked the land self sufficiently with mules, grinding their own wheat and growing their own vegetables from the mountain spring. Before them, many years ago a local shepherd named Salvadore lived on this mountain with his herd of goats and would sleep with them in the coral that we are about renovate. Our workshop is going to be fundamental in us being able to continue flourishing on this mountain, it will be a space to store all our tools effectively and manufacture our weirdest and wildest creations.
