You can click on the link in the letter that IRCC sent you in the IMM5756, or you may want to go to the below link to set up appointment with Service Canada for the biometrics appointment. For some cities, appointment is needed.
Biometrics are your fingerprints and photo, for the purpose of identifying who you are and if you are allowed to enter of stay in Canada. You will need to do biometrics once in 10 years. Fee, currently, is $85.
