Dahi Channa Chaat چاٹ پاپڑی Chat Papri

Ingredients:

****To prepare the Chickpeas :
2 tbsp Besan (gram flour)
1 & 1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp food color
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red crushed pepper
1 tsp zeera
2 cups boiled chick peas

Main Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 medium sliced green chilies
Chopped coriander
1 cup boiled potatoes
1 & 1/2 cup yogurt
Imlee sauce 1/2 cup
Alu bhukhara chutney 2 tbsp
Papri

Tip: Double the amount of onions, tomatoes and Imlee Alu Bukhara chutney for Lahori spicy “rich” taste.
