0:06-0:19: (Jeremy Friedman) I think Unimarket’s different because they make things simple and easy. They have very powerful software that does everything that you could possibly need to do but they make it easy.
0:20-0:26: (Snow Rutkowske) I do love the solution for it is user-friendly, as well as very user-intuitive.
0:27-0:39: (Nick Rose) You want a system that’s going to enable you to mimic or, even better, duplicate a process that you already have existing. Can it help you adhere to your policies and procedures better than you do already?
0:40-0:53: (Snow Rutkowske) I like the fact that it is more streamlined and really meets most of your needs at the price point that the institution can easily afford and realize ROI on.
0:54-1:04: (Wanda Hernandez) Unimarket has been a great experience and having gone through the shopping process of sourcing an eProcurement solution more than once, I am extremely happy that I made the decision to go with Unimarket.
1:05-1:14: (Jenn Drozd) It also allows us to do different tasks, and focus on other things as well, where we don't get bogged down with the day-to-day stuff of answering the same questions over and over.
1:15-1:27: (Jen Roth) It eases the burden of the paperwork, that’s the number one thing, so they can re-allocate that time and those resources to more strategic initiatives. And data is key, it’s all about data, data that helps them make, again, more strategic decisions.
1:28-1:36: (Wanda Hernandez) As an organization, we sort of have been able to start moving from a very transactional position into a strategic buying position.
1:37-1:44: (Jeremy Friedman) We’ve been working with Unimarket for about three years. We work with a lot of different integration teams and we appreciate the fact that they’re experts in the field.
1:45-2:05: (Jen Roth) I would say our typical integration time for a full integration including cXML, PO and invoicing is probably down to maybe about four weeks, which industry-wise is great. I would say it's one of the faster integrations we do with our marketplaces, and I know that from a customer perspective, it almost seems seamless.
2:06-2:19: (Jeremy Friedman) They’re really good at understanding what does a customer want to do, why do they want to do it, do we have a solution now, do we have a solution in the next release. So they’re really good about listening to people, which we don’t see in all cases.
2:20-2:23: (Jen Roth) It's really easy to engage, the response time is phenomenal.
2:24-2:28: (Phil Cappello) They're like having your own help desk. Very supportive.
