Enjoy an easier way to meditate with this simple 15 minute guided routine that introduces a mantra. All you need are a couple of common household objects to hold - oranges, bean bags, baseballs, stones... anything comfortable that has a bit of weight.

If you've never tried meditation or if you've tried and didn't like it, you'll enjoy this hands-on technique. Just relax and listen to the instructions. Meditation boosts immunity, regulates sleep, enhances memory and focus; however don't expect that all to happen right away. Like stretching, it takes some time to get your muscles to relax and loosen up. The more often you practice meditation, the easier it gets.
