Warm-up:
20m forward running (60%)
20 m backward running
2 x 20m sideways running
2 x 20m crossovers
Mobility:
Hamstrings
Glutes
Hip flexors
Groin
Spine
Deceleration technique:
20m x 3 - stopping every 5m, alternating stopping leg
Increase intensity each 20m
Speed Work:
3 x 30m sprints from a standing start, resting long enough in between each that your time should be approximately the same or better each run
