College readiness for high schoolers with disabilities involves much more than being able to demonstrate the academic skills necessary to complete freshman level courses. Whether students have dyslexia, ADHD, LD, ASD or executive function challenges, they must be prepared to self-advocate and navigate their college lives independently.

Drawing from her unique experiences as a college and law school student and practicing disability rights attorney with dyslexia, Ptahra Jeppe, Esq. will offer critical insight into how students with IEPs or Section 504 Plans can prepare themselves for success in college and beyond. Attorney Jeppe has extreme dyslexia and a personal understanding of the barriers faced by people with disabilities.
