Today was Shoulder + Quads + Traps Day.
Focused on bringing up my weak points started with dumbbell shrugs, then shoulder press, leg press, lateral raises, leg extensions, and ended with rear delts.
Remember this principle always train your weak muscles first when energy is high. Priority builds proportion.

30 days out from my ICN GOA Natural Bodybuilding Competition.
Fasted cardio done in the morning then I went to watch the WNBF show and the lineup honestly blew my mind. The condition, the size, the muscle maturity next-level. It fired me up to push even harder.
Evening tak body thak gayi thi, but workout miss nahi hota.
