I used to believe I wasn’t born with “God-given” athletic talent — I wasn’t the fastest, and I didn’t have exceptional bounce, the qualities many coaches say are necessary to play Division 1 sports. But over time, I came to realize that God gave me something far more powerful: the ability to work hard and stay disciplined.

Although I didn’t see it at the time, this mindset allowed me to close the gap and eventually surpass some of my peers who had early Division 1 offers. Everyone’s journey is unique. Remember, comparison is the thief of joy. Stay focused on your own path, and never let anyone define what you can or cannot achieve. As long as you have breath in your body, you have the ability to change your reality.

My mission now is to help as many people as possible achieve their personal and athletic goals using the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the past two years while pursuing my own dreams.
