Britain wants more Chinese tourists to visit and spend.
And so it's introducing a two-year multiple-entry visa next January, the government said on Wednesday.
According to a spokeswoman for Prime Minister David Cameron, Chinese tourists are big contributors to tourism in the UK.
But Britain wants that to grow.
Currently, Chinese visitors can get a six-month tourist visa at a cost of 85 pounds.
The new scheme will issue a two-year tourist visa.
The number of Chinese tourists visiting Britain has more than doubled over the last five years to 185,000 in 2014.
In 2009, that number was 89,000.
The government estimates inbound Chinese travelers add 500 million pounds every year to the country's economy.
